Signature Control Systems Expansion to Deliver Industry-Defining Technology and Product Array for the Global Turf Markets
IRVINE, CA (September 19, 2008) — Signature Control Systems Inc., a leading manufacturer of intelligent irrigation equipment, today announced that it has closed the acquisition of L.R. Nelson Corporation’s Turf Division based in Peoria, Illinois. "We are delighted to close the transaction and have begun transitioning the Nelson Turf employees and the assets in earnest," said Brian J.
